Excellent chart card
I've used these previously in Lowrance H2O finder handheld GPS units. For $100 retail they provide coastal mapping detail for the entire U.S. similar to all the other big name units, truly an excellent value compared to buying charts for each region, like you used to have to do. Bought this to provide charts for an, Eagle 480. Works excellently, as advertised.

Too stupid to use without instructions
I had great hopes for the product as an update to my Eagle elite 500i. It came with no instructions at all. I expected either instructions on installation or plug and play. I installed it in the unit and it does nothing that the unit was not already doing, so there must be some magic instruction that makes it all work. Hocus pocus has not worked yet.

Be certain your model is listed before ordering and believe the list!
This will not work on Lowrance LMS-522c iGPS. I saw reports elsewhere that it would but it does not. The listed models here does not indicate it will work. It is my fault for believing other recommendations. The one I need is very hard if not impossible to find. Be sure your unit is listed.
