Godd and useful but beware!
This is a very useful unit for stashing CD's and DVD's. It should be absolutely strong and reliable and should last for years. The one problem I found in building it - which is not very difficult it just needs a bit of elbow grease - is that several of the pre-cut holes, into which the connectors are screwed before being tightened by the clasps, crumbled so that the holes became "blind" and the screws could not grip. Being a resourceful chap I just got out the araldite and used t to fill the damaged holes so the screws would hold. That worked fine but - not everyone has ready access to araldite or similar two-component glues. At the price I suppose this is a small though very irritating fault.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Care needed when assembling!
All in all an excellent set of shelves, but be warned that great care has to be taken when assembling not to tear the chipboard when tightening cams, especially on the central fixed shelf, as where there are fixings on both side of the board they are too long, and clash in the middle. Poor design
The center pieces of wood are not thick enough to take two fasteners back to back. The shelf plugs mean you can't fit dvds on the ends. Some holes were not big enough, some were missing. The top shelf depth is too tight.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
