Wonderful Item to get plenty of sleep with while avoiding a sleeping pill.
I get nightmares from a prescription sleeping pill but I have a very hard time falling asleep and getting at least 6 to 8 hours of undisturbed good sleep unless I have something to help me. My doctor told me to use one 300 MCG and 2 diphenhydramine hcl 25 mg ( can buy this over the counter at Walmart very cheap) at bedtime it causes no nightmares and since our bodies make Melatonin it is very safe to use in this way. Totally false advertising!!!
FALSE advertising!!! I ordered since it says 10 mg. It is NOT 10 mg dose pills!!! It takes 33 pills of 300 MICROGRAMS to make a 10 MG dose! Do the simple math. 300mcg=.3mg!!! Therefore, to get to 10mg dose that these are advertised to be, you need over 33 of them for the 10mg dose. I take 2 ten mg tabs each night to sleep...that means 66 of these tablets per night!
