Quality Built Unit.
The build quality and components are very good. Wide range of adjustment on all controls. It works like the video shows. External power is needed for this model. The RCA type jack for power is a bit unusual. I think, because it has to be isolated from the case. The center is positive. I tried different power supplies and the analog type may be needed because the small switching power supplies have a high noise level when the microphone cable is connected to the radio. There is a 1/8" jack for a microphone using a 1/8" plug. One issue I found right away is the microphone cable is too short. I needs to be at least twice as long. It does not need to be up in front of the radio once it is set the way you want. It needs to be moved out of prime real estate. I made an 18" extension cable. The compression level light is really not needed. For my setup, if it is flashing, the level is too high. Over all I am happy with this purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
