Still great value
Though about 5 years old, the S3 Mini is a good phone. Battery life is good enough, if not great, but a daily charge will see you through. Can run slow, and an older version of Android may prevent you from enjoying some of todays apps, but at the price it is hard to knock this phone.

Wrong battery inside.
It had the wrong battery in it. It had expanded and drained in about 30 seconds the moment you opened an app. I could not return as it was a Birthday present for somebody, and the time it would have taken would have been too late. I got a new battery and it now works fine however. This was supposed to have been tested, and a quick 5 minute test would have spotted the issue.

Easy to use
My first smartphone and finding it very easy to use and I love it. The charger is a different story as it seems very cheap for the product it comes with. After the first few days it stopped working properly. Luckily I can charge the phone through my laptop until I can replace the charger.
