Very good
I've had several different blueteeth over the years and this is the 4th or 5th M50. Unfortunately Plantronics has discontinued these and it is getting hard to find ones with the same rubber ear piece, and heavy duty ear hook. I need both to keep the bluetooth in my ear when I work. They still make the E50 but it is an older model than the M50 and the firmware is not as compatible with newer phones. I tried one with my Iphone 6 and had problems. Plantronics has great phone support but informed me that I was out of luck with the E50. So, get the M50 while they last!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

It's a good Bluetooth headset but, the plastic ear hook is horrendous! Gives you a headache after a while &, it actually hurts around the back of the ear! The volume is weird on it for it to be new. It comes on really loud. It doesn't hold charge like my others have in the past. This is the only brand of earpiece I have ever used it fits my ear perfect. The price was higher than I have ever given for one but I know they are hard to find..the replacement for this earpiece is not the same. I can only fit this M50 in my small ear. Compared to older versions it feels lightweight. I really like the battery life- very good and long-lasting. The call quality is crisp but sometimes picks up some background noise- but compared to other devices, and all of the good qualities it does have, it most certainly outweighs this small detail. The absolute best bluetooth earpiece ever designed, by any manufacturer, for under $100. Great fit, comfortable, light, better than average noise cancellation, great sound quality. Why PLANTRONICS decided to retire this model is a mystery. If it's NOT BROKE, don't fix it... The price is a little high, but functionality scores big in my book!
I originally purchased one of these 4 years ago from a different company and lost mine. I loved the functionality of the item, it's very easy to pair with Bluetooth devices and use. It even paired with my laptop so I could watch Netflix in the evening, after business, while on business trip. This particular model is almost obsolete so I bought two of same devices. Also, the fact that the earpiece is made of black plastic is a plus for me, I'm allergic to the clear kind. This earpiece is very functional.
