Great Size, Stylus, Fast, Works with TracFone! Best Phone I've Ever Owned. Period.

Mint condition was exactly that! Beautiful Phone. Huge screen where you can actually enjoy using it and getting work done or just watching a movie or playing a game. Works Great, no issues. Converted over to Tracfone without a hitch. Now I don't have monthly bills! Yippee! AND it's incredibly fast, apps run quick, games are super smooth, and the stylus is the frosting on the cake...best phone I've ever own, hands down. Highly recommended!

    Note II's have problems

Bought this because my wife's note II was locking up requiring battery removal to restart. This one did the same thing. After research it seems the firmware get corrupted on these things. Switched to an LG and all problems went away. Not blaming the seller, it appears to work when tested but after a few days it shows it's ugly head. Stay away from old Note II's.

  • Received product in excellent condition

I was looking for a used or refurbished smartphone for my wife. I especially wanted a screen that was not scratched up. Was looking for a Note 2 and saw some phones with noticeable scratched on the screen, and/or having the sides of the phone peeling. I decided to pay a little more to get a better condition phone. This one was received in almost pristine condition--especially the screen, which had no flaws. I paid only about $10-$15 more, which to me is well worth getting a nice (first) phone for her. She loves to text with the stylus because her nails are fairly long and could not touch the letters on the keyboard very well. Now she is a texting machine. Having a large phone is also and now she has a slots app and can play slots wherever she goes. Bottom line...she just LOVES the phone, which makes me happy, too.

  • Better than the Galaxy Note 3

Everyone looks at smartphones differently, but many reviewers pay far too little attention to how well these devices function as a phone. All Android phones run similar apps, and operate in a similar way, but some smartphones are also exceptionally good at making voice calls. This is one of those phones! I've owned and used a lot of smartphones, mainly because my job was to provide technical support to medical providers who knew a lot more about surgery than Android or iOS cell phones. Before I bought the Galaxy Note 2, I used a Galaxy Note 3, the newer phone which replaced it. I live in a mountainous area, and have learned many places where the signals are weak and cell phones tend to drop my calls as I am driving through. The Galaxy Note 3 was one of the worst at holding calls in those weak areas. I attributed that to a weaker transmitter, since the Note 3 has a low SAR radiation level compared to, say, an iPhone--let alone the Motorola Droids, which are often just below the legal limit for SAR radiation. Being much more annoyed by brain tumors than dropped calls, I decided to look for a smartphone which would expose me to the lowest amount of radiation possible. My research turned up the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 as having one of the very lowest SAR numbers of any smartphone, so I bought one. To my surprise, this phone never drops calls, even in areas where the newer Galaxy Note 3 and iPhone 6 Plus do! The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has a very low SAR radiation level, yet it performs better as a telephone than any smartphone I've owned. It's a great Android smartphone!

  • LOVE IT

I have had many phones and this is BY FAR my favorite one of all time. It is large enough to read and use the video functions on but has comfortable rounded corners to slide easily into and out of pocket. Battery life is very good and the Samsung Galaxy overlay is simple and powerful. The ease in app and data transfer-ability between phones is remarkable. Yep, it is the best phone for many reasons
