Easy to use, works well.
I bought this to replace my ancient and faithful Prestige high dome pressure cooker. A new hob (induction) meant that I couldn’t use it any more. Have used the Prestige Smart Plus several times now and it’s worked very nicely. It’s easy to use, lighter (4L version) and quieter than my old one. Easy to use
This pressure cooker is much better than my old model it replaces. No longer is the need to stack the 'weights' on top of the lid to control the pressure. A simple lever is all you need to move to select high or low pressure cooking and there is a red pressure indicator to indicate that the cooker is pressurised.
