Good quality.
My Saniflo became temperamental taking several seconds to turn off, sometimes staying on permanently. The membrane is made from a good quality rubber and was very easy to fit with supplied clip, switch slightly trickier but not hard. The problem was the old membrane as it had lost elasticity and was withered. The old switch was working but replaced it anyway as unit was open. My Saniflo is 11 years old so hope to get to 2029 with this kit!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Saved hundreds of pounds repairing the faithful Sanitop!
I bought this repair kit to try and get our Sanitop2 macerator working again. Its been laying idle for about ten years now, the last time I tried to fix it I simply took it apart and cleaned it but still wouldn't work properly. My mother is now at the stage where dad was when the social care fitted the toilet for him so it was time to try again! After stripping down I removed the old pressure membrane and replaced it with the new one. The microswitch appeared to work ok so I left the old one in. On testing the pump worked 'sometimes', when it didn't the motor just hummed. Turning the blades and trying again often worked but you can't do that once its all back together! Further research pointed to a worn out capacitor not having the 'ooomph' to start the motor so I sent off for one of them too. Some more stripping down and rebuilding and the ten year dud saniflo is working like a dream and with a new membrane it should go on for many years again. If the microswitch even wears out I've got a spare ready and waiting. No more rushing up the stairs now!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor quality clip
