Not too bad
I decided to try this instant coffee after it came highly recommended by a friend. I made a cup of it the next morning and found it was not a bad coffee at all. I didn't like it as well as one I have been using, but I will keep some on hand for company to drink. The quality of the coffee is good and it not acidic. I found it to be on the milder side of flavor but one worth drinking. Since everyone has different taste buds, it is always best to try it for yourself and see. Unexpected flavor and quality
I first tried Egoiste Cafe Noir when I found it at a Grocery Outlet for $.99! I thought I could use it to cook with. One morning shortly after I bought it, I tried it instead of brewing a pot of fresh ground. No expectations. What a surprise! I was back in Germany drinking a quality coffee. I told everyone I could about the wonder of it. Of course, when I went back to the GO within the week, the supply was GONE!!! (FYI: When you see it, buy it!) Found it. Bought it! Love it! Forget that it's "freeze-dried!" It's not an ersatz dried coffee. The flavor is full, rich, smooth, and holds up very well to either cream or coffee creamer. Somewhere in my search I read this suggestion, and I recommend it: place your desired amount in the cup, add the cream or creamer, stir to dissolve, then fill with "not-quite-boiling" water. It forms a sort of "crema" that lends panache to the cup. In fact, use the good cups! You know, the ones that came with your wedding china You're worth it, and so is Egoiste Cafe Noir.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
