    I had to find the windows 10 drivers and newer version of software

    I had to find the windows 10 drivers and newer version of software from 2.3.2 to 2.3.6 before it would work with windows 10. It is not the seller fault at all Great product and works as listed. I do recommending that you spend the extra cash and get a new version since new LCD have changed and such.
