It doesn't work
The product doesn't work. You can Still completely hear what I'm saying with it on, even at a whisper. you'd have better luck just putting a pillow over your face.

Helpful when warming up the voice and does reduce the noise level a little but certainly not a vast amount. The nose holes could be slightly bigger as breathing could be restricted otherwise.
