Piece Of History
I never had much experience with Windows 3.1, as my first PC had Windows 95. As expected it took me a little while to find my way around but is it actually quite simple, but it just lacks many features of later Windows as you could guess. Now that I am on Windows 10 64bit some of my favorite old games will not install or run. I have been using Dosbox for several years for the old DOS games. Dosbox supports Windows 3.1 so I thought I would give a try. I am very happy with this set up and it works great with my old Win 3.1 games. There is an easy to follow guide found on the internet if anybody wants to try it and it is easier to set up than a virtual machine.
