Works Wonders!
I got really good at using Windows Movie Maker 6.0. I was about as good as I could get with that. But it was SO limited. I knew there was much better video editing software out there. But I was afraid I wouldn't be able to understand how to use any of it. Especially since it took me YEARS to get really good with Windows Movie Maker. I finally took the plunge and bought Movie Studio 11. And soon after, I bought this Movie Studio HD Platinum 13 version. I was amazed at how quickly I started learning how to use it. Due to being so good at Windows Movie Maker, I already knew many of the basics. I LOVE the vast amount of options this software has. I haven't even experienced all of them yet. I especially love the picture-in-picture, split screen, and green screen effects. They make my videos look SO much more professional. And being able to edit my AVCHD (mts) files without having to convert them first makes the picture quality amazing! For some of the special effects, I watched some YouTube tutorials to find out how to do them. And they was easy to learn. My only regret is that I didn't buy this software sooner. I can't recommend this enough. It's great for people who can't afford the Pro version. The only difference I know of about the Pro version is that you have an endless amount of tracks that you can add to a video's timeline. But even in this version, I can add several extra audio and video tracks. Perfectly good enough for me. I haven't ran into any limitations yet.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
