Its good grippy stuff but sizes do vary slightly although they're supposed to be the same. I ordered 3 and one of them is just over an inch shorter in length than the other 2. Weeeyurrd.

I needed a good sized at to go under my spin bike to protect my wooden flooring in an upstairs room.
This is v shock absorbing. Because at first glance it is thin you don't think it will be good. But looks are deceptive - this works really well. My spin bike doesn't move - and as it is upstairs I was looking for matting to dampen any noise from it. This does that. It is also perfect for my reebok deck and assorted weight plates/barbell etc to sit on.
