Transforms ready Roll icing to modelling icing! Makes the icing easier to work with, especially if using silicone moulds! Which was impossible before, just make sure you grease moulds, i find a small amount of lard works great! i just added a small amount of powder to start with, then keep adding small amounts until it reaches the stage you can mould with. Makes roll out icing into petal paste
Kneading this into roll out icing will make this firm enough to use like sugar paste for moulds, flowers etc, it means you can colour up to exactly the shade needed and is easy to use. Very fine and detailed moulds can be used, ordinary roll out icing is too soft to hold the detail. This comes in a small plastic bag, a little goes a long way.
