Crown RDA Is Worth The Money !!!
I "Was" Skeptical about the Crown RDA, Would it Have the same Great Taste as the Crown Atomizers. So I watched YouTube video's and got some good ideas. From Ebay I Purchased (28 Guage 316L Sergical Stainless Steel Wire) after it came in the work begins, I measured 16 inches of wire. (Note this wire is around 1/2 ohm per foot) And Also it is safe to use as a Vaporizer Coil. Now I lined up the ends and twisted about 1/4 inch and locked it in my Mini Hobbie Vice just snug enough to hold it tightly, then placed a small screw in the wall stile Key or Picture lupe in my Variable Speed Cordless Drill and locked it in. Then I placed the uncut end of the wire in it, with my fingers started from the vice holding both sides of the wire pulled it to the drill to center the wire in the loop. Set the drill for clockwise keeping just enough tension to keep it straight. Holding firmly speeding up till it was tightly twisted untill it brakes at the vice or on the loop, (it always brakes at the loop for me). I use a CW-25 winding tool and make 7.5 turns and when placing it on the RDA Make A "U" around the holding screws (Keep the CE-25 Tool in the coil) it keeps the coil loops holding their shape, you can now use the tool to get the perfect position on the coil. Using 15 watts I preheat and with ceramic tweezers pinch the coil for proper heat displacement to heat from the center outwardly. I then use a 1 inch long peace of Kanthal 1/4 inch wide rolling it into a round pace then twist it to thread it. Cut it to proper wicking length, with a sewing needle I feather it slightly take aid in wiching, put the top hood on aligning it then prejuicing the new wick and coil, mine ohms almost always 0.46 and Vaping it at 18 watts 2.88 volts. It tastes Great Every Time, My Juice is A 50/50 at 18 Nicotine. It pays for itself in no time. I'm Totally Recording this RDA to Everyone.
