Does Exactly What It Says On The Tin.
Snark tuners are easy to use, reasonably priced and make the chore of guitar tuning easier. This replaced a broken old one. I actually thought the old one was a bit more accurate at first but it’s just because the display on the new one is slightly different. Easy to use and transfer from instrument to instrument. After a while it began to give very fluctuating readings and the display got dim and hardly visible mid gig, but guess what? I replaced the battery and it brightened up and regained its accuracy. I suspect some of the bad reviews are due to poor battery condition rather than a faulty product. keep a spare battery in your guitar case/gig bag. Also, it seems very stable; it quickly settles down to reflect the pitch and averages out well for instabilities within the string pitch itself. I have been playing guitar for years using an old tuner every time. I tried tuning up beside a generator truck one night and decided I needed a newer tuner.
