These magnetic shims from Crafters Companion work with the eBosser, Cut n' Boss, and other electric embossers and die cutters. Each package contains magnetic shims that measure 8.5 by 12 inches (standard A4 size) and are 2 mm thick. The magnetism works to hold metal dies in place perfectly while you run these metal dies and embossing folders through the eBosser or other A4-compatible electric embosser.Product Identifiers

No more fridge magnets - for a while anyway!
I've made so many fridge magnets by mistake by using my dies the wrong way so it was great to be able to get a replacement magnetic shim that fits exactly, and gives just the right amount of pressure, plus I've got three! Although I am trying to be more careful when putting my dies on the shim. Crafter's Companion products are always of the best quality and competitively priced, I just wish there was a way that this item could be made self healing as the dies leave an imprint that can transfer to other cardstock when cutting but still a great product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Disappointing because smaller than genuine ones.
Although it says compatible with Gemini it is actually A4 size and therefore smaller than the other Gemini plates. Not a major problem but dies mean you losecdome of the extra width the plates give you. Would rather pay the same for 2 original ones in future. In the description it states PLASTIC but when it arrived it's white poly plastic and does not with stand up to die cutting. First time through it warped badly and was mid-shaped.
