Received a Key Code card - I did not have any trouble installing this on my Windows 10 laptop - Just followed the instructions after logging into my Norton account (I've been a user of Symantec products for years). If you don't have an account it's easy to create one. I've since installed it on Windows Vista & XP computers, 2 iphones and an Android tablet with no problems - just forward an email and install (or log in). After checking description of mobile app - I thought it might be intrusive - but operates in the background and haven't seen it after setup, except when I want to. Buying "seats" in quantity makes sense.
These days while using Windows on the Internet you better have virus protection. It is almost a must have. If you have three or more Windows computers, or Android phones/tablets this 10 seat package makes sense, works reasonably, and includes an automatic backup program which you can configure to your needs. Difficulty in renewing
Normally I enter the code for renewing and automatically it is updated. Well not with this one. You have to uninstall the old one from your computer and then you have to go to Norton website, add the code as renewing and delete your computer from the current download device section and re-add it so it can re-download it to your computer.
