Fix Me Stick
It was a little difficult to install. After 3 tries at auto install I had to do it manually and that was not cut and dry. After finally getting it installed about a half hour It ran smoothly and didn't find any problems so I am assuming it worked well. I am hoping the next go round it will install more easily. "Small and Compact"
Installation instructions very vague ,it scanned my desk top for 3 and a half hours and all it found was a problem with the google tool bar. At this point not impressed at all. Now at this point it has been up dated because in the installation instructions no where does it tell you that you need to be connected to the internet before you insert it into the usb port. So now that I have been through the installation on my desktop I went to my laptop. It killed it. Went to Office Max and bought a 1 year of Mcafee. I have not had the time to call customer support yet so I'll post more after that .At this point I would not recommend his product to anyone.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

RAN FIXME STICK - HAPPY LAPTOP
I ran this for the first time this evening; altogether, it took less than 4 hours... I'm not super tech-savvy, but the instructions were easy to follow (not too technical)... FixMe only found 2 malware items on this run, which made me happy, but I was glad to be able to get both of them out of my computer..! When the program was completed and I booted my laptop up again, everything worked fine, and it does seem a little bit perkier than before. I'm glad I bought this... I have used Norton anti-virus for years, and it's always done an excellent job, but I figure that FixMe just adds some extra protection...and these days, I think every little bit helps..!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

disappointment

Easy to Use
