progesterone cream
at the moment I am only on month 2.doing 14 days In each month as recommended in peripause. at the moment It has kicked up bad side effects especially my asthma and allergies,but I knew to expect that at the start as it makes you oestrogen dominant if you don't use enough to begin.mth 2 I had to up my dose to 1 1/2 t3aspoons which I am hoping by my next 14 day cycle would have started bringing the oestrogen and testosterone down and progesterone up.like anything in life it's about patience.you can't right 10 yrs of hormone problems in 2 months it takes time.i read so many reviews where people don't read enough or understand that you have to continue through the rough to get back to the smooth.obviously if after 5mths it was the same then you would know it does not work for you.but I know it will right itself:)
