Fiskars Ergonomic products can't be beat.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fiskars ergonomic products can't be beat. The Pinking Shears that I purchased have a spring action which cuts out stress on my hand by 50%. I own several types of Fiskars scissors and one pair of their pruning shears (also spring action) which literally "Roll" your hand open after each cut. Product Doesn't Cut Fabric
Action works easily as advertised but the shears do not cut fabric - in fact they tear it. Worst Fiskars product I've ever bought. Maybe they'll work on paper crafts - I haven't tried that since I bought them for fabric. Great idea but poor execution.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The Best Ever!!
I purchased the Pinking Shears because the set that I had made my hands tired after cutting the strips for sheet/t-shirt/denim yarns that I make to created rag rugs. I gave them a test run on one of the sheets that I had sewn together and it was A-Okay - no fatigue involed in triming the row to even out the strip. I had purchased regular Fiskers Pinking Shears locally and they worked fine, however, my hand was 'stressed." Not with these - they worked fine without fatigue and I love 'em!! I have older vintage pinking shears and the one that I purchased locally, however, IMHO, this is the best one ever! I am in love! Now, I can put off not making the yarn in fear of my hand getting tired - will not happen with these! I just love them!
