Quality caps that mimic the ones of old

Nothing like they used to be.
Disappointed with these. I was expecting them to be just like they used to be, but I am having trouble getting any of them to work. The first thing I attempted was the 2p bomb, where you fold a whole roll lengthways wrap it around a 2p and cover with tape. On throwing the assembly against a hard surface nothing happened. After a couple more attampts there was nothing more than the odd single small bang rather than the single large one I was expecting. I have also tried unrolling them and trying to fire each cap individually by hitting them with a hard object. So far I haven't managed to get any to work. I am going to give them another try in a couple of days just in case they have become damp in transit, but so far I feel very let down by them. Lovely display item.
