    Time Saving and great value on eBay!

    Been using these steam bags for years-they’re easy to use-wash your veg(I use mine mainly for veg) and pop them in the bag.Then choose your microwave setting and they’re cooked in a very short period of time.The only gripe I have is that you have to make sure you’ve sealed them properly as otherwise when they’re cooked the bag opens and you can get a nasty burn.I do wish the manufacturers would put more sealant on the bags.Otherwise I wouldn’t be without them.

    Excellent product - changes the way I cook!

    Many people use microwave ovens merely to re-heat food or occasionally defrost, but this is not taking full advantage of their cooking power. Microwave steam bags offer the quickest and most efficient way to cook vegetables, with a minimum of mess. Because they cook in their own moisture and steam (as well as by direct microwave effect), vegetables cooked this way are not waterlogged (like boiled or steamed) and have superior flavour; they are also not oil- or fat-soaked liked fried or stir-fried vegetables, which reduces calorific content. I strongly recommend this product.

    Quick and easy veg portions.

    easy to use

    I wanted to be able to take frozen veg from the freezer to work and caravanning. The bags are sealable so just put the veg in the bag and seal. I can either put the bag in the freezer in the caravan or just take to work and allow to thaw. 3 minutes in the micro and steamed veg on the plate. The bag is then disposed of. Only draw back for the environment is the bag. If this could be compostable happy days.

    Cheap healthy eating - perfect for mixed veg ! And great value

    Robust steam bag giving great results.

    Thin but firm and robust material with a seal that remains sticky, so the bag can be re-used. I have, so far, only used it for vegetables so the bag remains unstained. However, the price is such that they can be regarded as disposable. The timings suggested are accurate and I am very pleased with the purchase.
