Alternative Healing Methods
My neighbor has this same book and let me look through it. There are many alternative methods to heal aches and pains using plants and natural items purchased at the grocery, pharmacy or health food store. Items you can actually pronounce the names of the ingredients that are inside the container. Looking through the neighbors book and comparing it to a similar book I purchased about 10 years ago made this book the obvious choice to go to for needed information about any physical problems. The book has a lot of useful information, however, it isn't what I need. There is nothing wrong with home remedies, quite the contrary. This book is a wonderful reference for beginning your journey.
