The Eddingtons double yellow egg poacher will hook over the rim of most saucepans or sit on the base of the pan. 1 x Double Egg Poacher. The perforated base allows the water to circulate freely. No swirling water, simple to clean and no need for a separate space consuming egg poaching pan.
It is an excellent product for easy poaching eggs that come out in beautiful shape.

Just remember few things before use
1. Oil with a paper towel or spray little oil. Just a shine on the surface nothing more.
2. Water much be simmering not boiling
3. Use the freshest eggs. Few days old maximum.
4. Use strainer to remove excess runny white of egg
5. Use room temperature eggs
6. Poach for 2-4 minutes depending on the size of egg from Medium to XXL
7. Always use enough water to cover the poacher (about 1 inch)
8. Use a rag or towel or hand clove to remove poacher from water as it will be hot.
You will always have perfectly shaped silky smooth poached eggs for your breakfast
Dangerous to use as the metal hook handle gets extremely hot! Hook doesn't fit over my style of pans. Instructions regarding quantity of water required and how long to cook for are too vague.
