Very micro pellets
I thought these pellets were quite expensive but I bought them because I thought they would be ideal to use in a new automatic fish feeder, as I was afraid flakes or larger pellets would jamb in the outlet while I was away on holiday. The fish love the pellets. They are smaller than I expected, about pin head size, but they swell a little on contact with the water, if the fish give them a chance. Having tried the feeder I found that due to the small size the pellets poured out copiously, with the risk of over-feeding. I had to reduce the delivery hole with sticky tape to a lot less than its minimum opening size, so if you buy these with automatic feeding in mind, expect to experiment with your feeder before trusting it in your absence.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect for tiny fish
I have been using this food for my fish for the past 6 years, and they are all thriving. It gets gobbled up within seconds, so there is no problem with having to remove waste or rotting food.
