Excellent for what it is designed for.
Classic Tascam CD player and other features as advertised. What is important about this player is its ability to change the sound pitch of a recording, as well as slow the speed of a CD recording down (incrementally) by up to 50%. The slowing down of the speed does not simultaneously change the pitch. This is also useful for listening to recordings of languages that one would like to learn while listening to it at a slower speed. The availability of this product (for CD) is becoming less as more people utilise digital recordings (i.e. not on CDs)
