Well worth the money and quick delivery,well made and has been converted for ferrets so a bit of beefing up needed as the are into everything.....only reason for no 5 stars is the insistence that this is weatherproofed by buy within a month if you want to keep the warranty intact which as this is a new unit seems a bit of a get out clause should the hutch/coup actually hit bad weather.... I admit to having a thing about warranty agreements that are pretty worthless, whether this is one of those or not who knows, but be warned I don't recon your chances...would I buy another ...YES !Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not what I had expected.
I have put together quite a few chicken coops in my time, this one is very easy to put together, but when I bought it I didn't realise that the roof doesn't lift off, cleaning will be a problem. As also mentioned in the reviews here is that there is a get out clause about warranty which isn't all that good saying the coop needs to be kept away from weather, coops are suppose to be outside! Maybe because this coop uses quite thin wood it maybe warps easy. The thing that most disappoints to me is the sizing, the size shown in the diagram shows the size with the roof overhang, so in actual fact you lose a couple of internal inches all round, making this coop a fair bit smaller than you may have expected it would be. I have had much better quality coops on Ebay for this price. Pros' though, it came quickly and even my kids could have put it together.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

cleaning this coop
I am most disappointed with this product as it is virtually impossible to clean it efficiently. I have now decided to re-design the roof so that it can be opened. I intend to put hinges on the roof so that it can be swung back and access be made available to the inside roosting area. I shall then replace the apex with a metal cover to prevent the rain water getting in. I also think that it would be helpful to have hinges on the nesting boxes to allow them to stay open whilst they are being cleaned. Nice little coop
It is well made, and easy to assemble. A couple of parts had been broken I assume in transit, but were easy to glue and repair. My 4 chickens are very happy in their new home, but would not be big enough for any larger amount.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good coop, reasonable price
First foray into chicken ownership and not got the birds yet but the coop was pretty simple to put together. Comes flat-packed but in prebuilt sections so just a couple of bolts and screws to put it together. The plastic roof sold it for me. We painted it with Cuprinol Shades and made a walk-in run.
