Helps Eczema especially Steroid Induced Eczema
Helps with my Eczema but I need a very large volume because I'm going through Topical Steriod Withdrawal from Steroid Induced Eczema, so it's all over my body.
And I learned that applying Vit B12 to Eczema skin helps with the excessive vasodilation rebound from corticosterioids and this did help in the small doses I could use.
Even better than this cream is I'm applying pure Methycobalamin liquid (the one normally to ingest sublingial, you can try any pure B12 liquid) because the only other ingredient is purified water, nothing to potentially irritate. With the Methyl-B12 liquid I have experiented combining with my SLS free moisturiser cream, Cetraben (whatever one doesnt irritate for you), and that recipe was better for me than this product because I'm used to other ingredients in Cetraben.
Last tip, the very best I just tried the pure Methly-B12 liquid diluted with water and applied slowly with a sponge and that has been the best in terms of calming my skin almost as much as any of Topical Corticosteroid I used to use but with ZERO stinging etc (but no mosturising effect e.g. if you have a lot of cracks etc) and I'm considering doing Moisturiser Withdrawal so Methyl-B12 liquid + water will be the most minimal/controlled skin application to manage all the TSW and MW while my body heals internally and renews my skin. Careful not to OD on B12 through skin absorption (look up Transdermal B12 or nutrient absorption).
Anyway this gets 5 stars because amongst the commercial ready made creams I've ever tried, either for Eczema or specifically for TSW I'm going through now this is as good as it seems to get but you may have some reduction in it's soothing from other ingredients, which I did - I assume because of either one of the plants (I'm doing Karen Fischer's excellent Eczema Food Intolerance Diet and many plants / vegetables can cause sensitivies and the principle is only put on your skin what you can tolerate to ingest).
