So many easy and tasty recipes.
I bought this book when it was first published and have used it for so much inspiration over the years. Then it disappeared. Remember how cookery books used to be? This is a comprehensive introduction to cooking with diary foods. The person who compiled it did a really good job and was very thorough in a way you don’t see anymore.
