    Reliability and great tone.

    A great set of strings for semi acoustic guitars, the light top strings are perfect for big bends and the heavy bottoms really give a full tonal range. Ernie Ball strings are very well made and with regular cleaning after playing last a long time .

    Heavy as a really heavy thing!

    The sound is great, the strings are chunky, my setup has two tremolo springs so I had to get another one to tune it without the bridge lifting up (I used to use super slinky's), about two days later the 0.10 gauge broke (it was user error) overall happy with the strings and will be buying the three pack in the foreseeable future. Sound is really good when tuned down low but still very usable in standard tuning as well.

The skinny top allows you to easily bend the strings while soloing and the heavy bottom allows you to hit hard without having to worry about buzzing while playing power chords or whatever.
