The Ancol Training Whistle is a 'Silent' gog whistle. It is an important tool for the serious dog trainer that although sold as 'silent' can be adjusted to best suit the dog and/or trainer. Air can be heard passing over the fipple but the shrill of the whistle can be altered to be silent.

We got tired of calling our dogs name and being ignored so we thought we would give this whistle a go we found if we blow it in a succession of short fast blows he stops and looks and comes to see,what it is so far so good

Dog Whistle
You can set the tone but even though there is a locking nut on them they still move and lost both whistle whilst out walking in matter of weeks. Had to replace these with a fixed tone whistle which are much better. Avoid. All what’s left of them shown in photo.
