They do Work!
These really are a fantastic way to get you on board with quitting. Ultimately, it's my MIND I have to conquer including force of habit. I've stopped beating myself up if I lapse; these are very stressful times for lots of reasons and beating myself up for lapsing doesn't help at all. Indeed, it makes it worse, I've found. Good but not for me
I should say I had to order stage 2 , not stage one. It’s my fault but I’m writing because it may help. I smoke 9 cigarettes everyday but I thought stronger patch would be more effective. I was wrong . First day I was dizzy but it was bearable. Second day I vomited a lot , I felt hot with cold sweat. It was awful so I ordered stage 2 which is really good and suitable for me.
