I have been using these for years
I have otitis externa which means I am prone to ear infections and can not get water in my ears at all, so for about 4 years I have been using Noise-x ear plugs they are easily molded ans are perfect for keeping my ears dry when washing my hair, I used to get them from my local chemist, but then they switched to another brand and they were not as good, luckily I found them in Walton Pharmacy and at a better price than I had been paying, I highly recommend these .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not much noise reduction
These are good to mould but dont block out that much noise no matter how much you push them in, if these dont, im sure nothing else will though, they also made my ears damp inside after wearing and push wax further in. For a great night's sleep!
If, like me, you get woken easily in the early hours, you need some decent earplugs. These work very well, and I am sleeping so much better than before. To get them in your ear properly, you fist need to warm them up. Do this by simply holding them in your hand for a short time. Then, press them into the hard bit of your ear, just to the side of your earhole. This works better for me than trying to press them directly into the earhole. Once you put your head to the pillow, you can press them in a little further, and bingo. They stay in pretty well, and you can get back to sleep knowing you'll stay asleep. First time using wax earplugs and I will say I prefer wax over any other earplugs now . Very gentle on the ears and no itchiness. These will block out lots of noise if inserted correctly. Better nights sleep

Not great for sleeping
