Fabulous!!! Great DVD love it. Lots of 7 minute routines so you can pick and choose your workout, tailor it to how you feel at the time. I have Davila’s 15 minute workout dvd and I think this one is far better.

Bought this my daughters to exercise at home when it’s too horrible outside . They have used it a lot. Good for youngish fit-ish people. It would be too much for me (unfit, dodgy knees).
