Overall: A good buy.
Cons: Although this is an exceptional price, the unit is a bit unstable inasmuch that the screen sometimes blanks out or attempts to load up but doesn't quite make it and power has to be interrupted in order to make it load up and find a GPS signal. This is annoying, but once up and running it's great. Hopefully an update will rectify this problem. The unit is also a bit too heavy for the clasp that holds it in position and the unit gradually droops towards the dash, even though the clamp knob is fully tightened. I have to position the unit so it rests on the dash to prevent this. Pros: Excellent price, bought this to replace my TOMTOM GO which just stopped working. Lifetime updates (though only once per year). I like the full features it offers and various colour schemes, plus the voice alerts. I especially like the fact that it shows the speed limit on the roads and that it has the ability to warn, with a voice, when one is speeding. In towns when attention is being paid to traffic all around the vehicle you don't have to keep looking at the speedometer, as it voice guides you in this respect. Too heavy and misleading description
As the title, this device, in spite of the large 7" screen, is too heavy. It often falls off the CLEAN glass to which it is attached. Also, because of it's weight, and really tightening the mount pivot nuts, it gradually drops vertically when in use. The user interface is far too complex with many features that will never be used. It's a navigation device! Inputting postcodes and destinations doesn't function reliably. The volume, even on maximum, is not loud enough. I don't want to play it through a radio. Be aware that for street/road names/numbers etc. only certain voices will announce them Screen is good, bright and clear. Because of the the poor mounting and volume this device cannot be recommended. Buy cheap, buy twice, as the advice goes. If you expect map updates, don't bother. Any e-mail sent to them is just ignored. Totally unuseable for me. Tried it three times only and chucked it away! Oh, there will be an e-mail offering a £5 discount for a good review. Decent screen size
For the price, it’s a decent purchase. Bought for use in a campervan only, but does the job well although have only used once. Could be a bit better in the volume and entering the destination can be a bit frustrating to begin with but if you’re after a budget device, this should be ok. Screen size good, graphics not brilliant but at the price paid, can’t really grumble. Simple satnav with good display
Simple satnav with good display. Only tested so far. Fixes to window easily. Easy to operate. Purchased because I struggle to read a phone screen when driving. Two downside comments. Firstly, the satnav took a random route on a short drive that I know well. Also it took no account of potential congestion. Secondly, the satnav, as supplied, does not recognise the 20 mph default speed limit in Wales. I’m hoping this will change when I try to update the software.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very good satnav for the price but battery problem.
Functionally when plugged into a charger it is a very good satnav, especially at the price. However, there seems to be a problem with the battery. It never fully charges, always taking 0.17A from the charger even after 30hrs on charge. Also it discharges down to a quarter charge after only 30minutes of use. The specification is that it has four hours of usable charge before requiring a recharge. Perhaps the one I have been sold is not brand new, there were some scuff marks on the case and it did not come with a screen protection film. When I complained about this to the retailer they suggested charging it for longer but did offered a full refund if I required one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good comprehensive SATNAV
I'm impressed with the features size and value of this SATNAV. It has everything my old Garmin had plus more.... I can enter the dimensions of my campervan to avoid low bridges etc, and busy roads can be avoided using the alternative route option. Why pay more !Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

cheap with great features
It can be a bit slow at times and doesn't let you imput a house number in some postcode areas when there clearly is one, other than this, for the price and functions availlable I would highly reccommend this product. The Navpal is really easy to set up and use. With the screen being 7" you are able to see exactly where you are going,coupled with the speed camera alerts and lane change function, this sat nav is brilliant for the money. Excellent value for a 7 inch sat-nav
Only one thing aggravates me is the “Select” marker a red triangle in a circle that can be placed at any point on the map, It does it all the time whenever I touch the screen, there is a select button on the bottom of the screen but you can’t turn the marker off, it is very annoying because the zoom function always centres on the marker which can appear anywhere you touch.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
