Great value but how accurate is it?
I’m unsure how accurate this battery tester is. I checked a couple of remote batteries with it which both came up still registering good on the tester although at the lower end of the scale yet when I put them back in the remote a notice came up on the TV saying batteries very low, please replace.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It's a battery charge tester
It shows you how much charge the battery has. It's a bit basic. but works. If you're after a cheapo thingy, then it's good. I suppose I should mention I've only tested the batteries and not used them afterwards yet! But seems good so far. It cannot make toast.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

So inexpensive and so useful
This simple little gadget pays for itself almost straight away. Sometimes only two or three batteries out of 4 are drained so your appliance doesn't work but a couple have life still in them. In seconds this identifies which they are so you can be sure that you only ever throw out the spent ones. And if you forget to discard the old batteries, or the kids mix up the old and new, it's so easy to check which is which. Decent price battery tester
Does what says, test your old battery whether it has any charge left or not and works very well for me so far and has tested approx 40+ batteries in 1 run and no problem so far. It light and compact ell worth the addition to your tools if you uses alot if batteries like I do. I use low charge batteries in mouse and remote control while those with high charge are used in cameras etc. Remember even though the camera says to replace the batteries it still good enough for mouse and remote control.
