I haven't previously used Kalms night time sleep aid tablets,as they are of the herbal type., because,have previously tried other brands of the herbal sleep aids, and they didn't have any benefit for aiding sleep.. The product was recommended to me by a third party. It does work, but you must be sure to take one tablet f few hours before sleeping and another on retiring.
