Great phone, lots of features I recommend it
Is it compact? well it has a 6.8" screen, so I didn't buy it to be compact but the extra size makes it easier to use on-line apps. Preinstalled ringtones are limited, I am still trying to get it to accept a new r/t but that is my fault. Battery life seems to be very good fast charger, like the connection ( my last phones socket wore out). Chat function is good phone very clear, speaker excellent and like previous Motorola phones I have had it hangs on to a weak signal, my last phone kept failing to find a connection in a weak signal area, , so far this one hasn't done that. Also the dual sim function is active, excellent. Handbook, I received the Elf version tiny, 65 x 120 mm, much smaller than the phone, but there is always you tube for info. Larger than most making and when in pocket it is a bit uncomfortable when bending or sitting. Sounds / volume buttons s little confusing to use at first. Camera has quite a delay Screen good and size is s plus point for pictures and reading. Phone quite responsive and had huge memory, so that's good and battery life is the best I have experienced - by far. Great phone for the money. I only use it for basic communications and internet use and it works well. I am definitely enjoying using it but I rated 4 stars because this phone is a little slow dealing with some features for example when I've taken a screen shot it takes ages to go back to touch screen. Awesome upgrade
Looked for an upgrade after my basic G5 went south. I was initially worried about getting the G9 plus but my doubts were misplaced. The phone is easy to use even by a tech novice like myself. The swiping is a bit sensitive but is adjustable and for some things you can turn it off. The biometric reader in the on/off button is easily reached and i actually set it up to scan the side of my thumb which is easier to hit the button with. Easily transferred everything from my old G5 with the downloaded apps transferring with a prompt in Playstore. Battery life is awesome.
