lovely looking stove but needs an expert to set it up.
This is a lovely looking realistic looking flame effect fire. It is neat and takes up very little room. Ours is in use in our conservatory and warms the room up quite quickly. Takes a bit longer when the early morning temperature is 11 degrees inside.It is not left on continuously as we don't use the conservatory on a regular basis. The only downside to the fire is that the water tank has to be taken out each morning and filled with water which is a bit of a fiddle, to get the flame effect. If you don't want the flame effect then it doesn't matter about filling it. The instructions included to set it up were not particularly good and the diagrams given at the back were not great. It would have been far better to add the diagram after each instruction. Being a woman trying to set it up I found it impossible so had to wait for help. However now it is set up and I have got used to using it I am pleased with it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
