Brilliant machine
My previous coffee machine (Prodigio) stopped working but it had heavy use and I’d had it a while. I was devastated so searched the Nespresso site for models that would suit. They gave a full range and good explanations of what was on offer and the one I particularly liked, the Creatista Pro, was out of my price range from Nespresso. I was really disappointed as it seemed a good machine. There was little difference between the Creatista Plus and the Creatista Pro but the was a difference in the price. I read reviews about both machines and decided to look elsewhere for the Creatista Pro just to see if I could get it cheaper elsewhere. The best site was eBay where I actually saved over £250! I couldn’t believe it either. It was also a brand new machine. It came very quickly and I couldn’t wait to unpack it, which too, ages as it was really well packaged. Instructions are simple to follow too There are numerous ‘set’ coffee programmes which appear on the top of the machine. With each coffee type you can increase the amount of coffee, increase the amount of milk and set the required temperature. The water canister holds 2 litres of water. You can also heat up you cups/mugs before you actually make the coffee too. What I liked about this machine over the ‘Plus’ is the fact that you can make the coffee at the same time as heating the milk. With the ‘Plus’ you can only do one at a time. I did not know this but, after reading reviews, this is what became apparent. Just to have coffee and milk work simultaneously does not justify the extra expense of the Pro over the Plus, but I can cope with that! This machine is an awful lot larger than my Prodigio but it fits in well in the kitchen. It is easy to clean too. After frothing milk the wand should be wiped down with a clean damp cloth and then it automatically purges itself into the base below. This too is easy to clean. What I find astonishing is the fact that the push-out tray where you rest small cups when making coffee is made of plastic rather than brushed s.steel like the main machine. There are one or two plastic bits and pieces which I think ought to be steel in comparison to the price you pay for the machine. All in all I LOVE this machine. As it is so simple to use I may find I could possibly become a coffee freak and therefore will have to increase my coffee pod purchasing with Nespresso more than I already do. My advice is this, if you like it, shop around and you could manage to get a real bargain. I’m sure I did.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Waste of money, it's better to use a 50EUR machine.
I’m super disappointed with this machine. The quality of the extracted coffee and the frothed milk are very low compared to other Nespresso machines: - The extracted coffee from the Creatista Pro is less aromatic with less Crema on top, and tastes significantly less good than similar coffee from other machines. - The Creatista's Milk frother is virtually not usable. The quality is so poor that it's embarrassing. I've watched all the videos about it and had dozens of attempts. Brilliant, stylish and easy to use.
This is the very best coffee pod machine I have ever had, you can customise your own special coffee and save it under your own name on the system. The ease of use is phenomenal. It’s so easy to clean and to use, the choice of coffee types is large and the fact that you can also use to heat milk up is brilliant. Barista made coffee in your home
Fabulous machine. It’s quick, it’s simple and it’s stylish. The machine makes piping hot coffee black or with milk as standard setting. With the ability to increase coffee volume, if you prefer less strong coffee and/or increase the frothiness and heat of the milk is brilliant. The machine also makes the coffee and heats the milk simultaneously so no waiting around. I’m absolutely impressed with this coffee machine and was the perfect upgrade from the Nespresso Citiz which we had. I you don’t mind the extra expense then l would highly recommend getting this as it will not disappoint particularly if you like the many different coffee types in your own home.
