HP WORKs for me.
It took 34 minutes to set up. It was a tediously slow process. The machine itself works so well that I now look forward to work instead of fearing having to use it. The scanning is bright, all images it prints are bright and colorful. The machine improves copy quality of what I am printing. Beautiful color print, extremely poor privacy
The color print on this printer is amazing. However, there is a big trade-off when it comes to privacy. This printer has to be hooked in to my modem, which is a complete access to my Internet. I have not found a way to connect this particular model to my laptop only. If I refuse all their requirements, I was unable to download the drivers. The setup sheet that comes with the printer is pathetic. I downloaded the user manual, and it is more detailed but very confusing. My old printer was very easy to use and did not take a Philadelphia lawyer to figure it out. I have printed one page to check the quality, which I said before is very good. However, it grabbed two sheets of paper instead of just one. I don't know yet if this will be a continuing problem. Love this all in one printer
This printer has all the best features of a large fancy smancy printer but takes up soooo much less space! And the “wizard” does all the frustrating setup that used to be the most aggravating part of getting a new printer. HP really kicked butt with this printer! It’s so very awesome! The only drawback to getting a color printer is the cost of the color printer cartridges. Ouch! I decided to play hardball and get the extended life cartridges at $100 each (x4). Hopefully I won’t need to purchase them too often. Other than that, this printer truly deserves my 5-star rating. Each printed page looks good and I do a lot of printing. Great Laster Printer, Expensive HP Toner
Super simple to setup and great print quality, much better than expected. The printer itself is superb but replacement toner cartridges will be expensive when the time comes. Like everyone else, I am displeased (to put it mildly) with HP's attempt to block the use of aftermarket, non-HP toner. It just works
I've worked with HP printers most of my adult life and they're very easy to setup and configure. I purchased this one on eBay with the understanding that it even had a warranty but when I looked up the serial number the device was a replacement and was not covered under warranty per HP who advised I would need the serial number of the original printer.
