In my opinion the best and easiest liquid liner to apply, the tip is almost like a felt tip pen and is very delicately pointed to allow the end of the line you apply to flick out or to just subtlety almost disappear. It gives you better techniques to apply the liner. It's instant drying as soon as you apply it, and very light on the eye where others can feel itchy or heavy on such a delicate area, you wouldn't know you were even wearing this one!!
