Not for me
Tried this pillow after suffering some neck pain but it was just too firm for me. I ended up swapping back to my normal pillow half way through the night. Also make sure you check the size (I didn’t! ) it’s smaller than a standard pillow. That said it now sits on a chair used by my elderly mother and has proved great at giving her extra support and providing a little boost as she gets out.

I was sceptical to be honest but had neck pain and paid right in the middle of my shoulderblades/upper back. I've used this for 2 nights have slept better and longer than I have for MONTHS. At first I thought it was too hard and felt weird but after sleeping like that and feeling good waking up it was worth every penny. Great value for money.
