TOO MUCH RED otherwise fine for general printing. Paper tray holds too few sheets.
This printer seems to have an issue with printing pictures, where tones like skin colour has TOO MUCH RED making faces/skin look sunburnt badly! Other than that it prints documents colour or black and white perfectly. HP dont seem to want to own up to the issue which may affect a batch or the whole range. There are a number of similar TOO MUCH RED issues with other HP printers dealt with very poorly by the online answering of such issues. However this seems to only apply to colour images and does not affect normal day to day document printing which is quick and fairly quiet. The TOO MUCH RED issue could be related to DEFAULT operating system setting for apply colour settings to match your displayed colours. The repeating of alignment has no effect and when printing a test sheet it has a very poor test printout almost wholly targetting Aligment and nothing else. Maybe HP could actually publish a correction to the drivers/firmware/test methods to put this right. Some software person has definitely got it wrong. Aesthetically, I appreciate the sleek design and the touch screen and the multiple features. Printer was easy to set-up via info on the HP website, easy to connect to via wi-fi. Cartridge installation also was simple, doesn't require a lot of tinkering. Print quality is good for an inkjet printer.
