Brilliant lightweight shears.
So pleased with these shears which I have used several times now. I have arthritis and struggle with my hands and wrists sometimes so wanted a lighter pair than the heavier ones I already have. These arrived ontime. I could tell immediately they would be far easier for me to use. Very lightweight but lovely and sharp and I have managed to very easily cut back thicker branches of shrubs and well established climbing roses as well as whipping through snipping the tops off lavender plants. Less weight means less strain, means trimming is less of a chore.
I had expected a 'middle of the road' product, but am amazed that it it so easy to use. As an elderly person the weight of the product was a key factor in buying it. It is much lighter than the ones it replaces and the fact that the cutting blades are shorter makes it much easier to control - since I very rarely am cutting big chunks of vegetation at a time. Again, being light in weight means I don't get tired of holding them and don't need to rest while trimming back growth, making the task less of a heavy chore. Lightweight but handles could have been shorter
