Lightweight, easy to use and powerful!
These Ryobi products rock! They are lightweight and powerful and use the same batteries that I already have for my other Ryobi tools. The best part is no gas or oil to worry about and the weed eater cuts like a dream but if very quiet compared to a gas one. Blowers good, weed wacker is flimby underpowered
Blowers good,trimmer is low power and line feeds every time you release trigger. Lacks the power to cut the line. If I could return I would. Horrible for edging. Very flimsy, hard to get a straight cut. It is ok for light grass but I wouldn't recommend the design for anything more. Hoped to replace worn Worx 20v. Great Deal & Great Value At A Great Price!!
I use this for trimming around the bushes and trees, up and down the sidewalks and driveway, works really nice on the low setting to save battery life. I love the attached wheel for edging. Works really well for what I use it for, but if you want to cut down huge tall weeds in a field, I'm not sure this is for you. The blower works well for blowing off the just mowed and edged grass from the concrete. It will not move large leaves from my Southern Magnolia trees. Great for the homeowner with 1 acre yard
Never had an electric weed whacker befor but was sick of dealing with 2stroke fuel going bad before I used it. Very quiet and lightweight. Shocked that on low speed this lasted over 30 minutes of run time cutting 1.5’ tall grass and even thick milkweed. Not a professional unit but for a 1 acre yard it actually works! Not enough power
Seems to have low power and the cord keeps spooling out and then getting stuck or tangled in taller objects that it lacks the power to cut. It is ok for light grass but I wouldn't recommend the design for anything more.
