The New High Security Commercial Steering Wheel Lock is a 15cm (6in) longer version of the Milenco High Security Steering Wheel Lock. The extended length makes it suitable for all motorhomes and commercial vehicles. We have taken a classic designed High Security Steering Wheel Lock which was originally approved to the Thatcham standard and completely re-engineered it, to enhance its security, so it would pass and exceed the Sold Secure Gold Automotive standard, which is 2 and half times tougher than the Thatcham Standard. Following of the termination of the Thatcham security standard, which was only 120 second, attack tested. We have had this approved to the Gold Sold Secure standard which is far tougher test with an extreme 300 second, professional attack. It is a highly visible and powerful theft deterrent.

Top end lock if it will fit!
Feels heavy and good quality and long, so no way you can fully turn the wheel with it on. It's very expensive though. I would recommend it with a big if, if it will fit your vehicles steering wheel! As it was advertised as the commercial vehicle version and an ad in a caravan/camper magazine I wasn't expecting any problems for my camper built on the 1997 Transit base. the steering wheel is slightly oval in shape and there was only one position on the wheel I could get it locked on! And that is still very tight but I can get it on and off ok. I would expect a commercial version to be able to cope with a transit steering wheel, hence I can only give it three starts.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Stand out and sturdy
This is a bright visual product that hopefully should deter would be thieves. Would advise the larger commercial size for vans otherwise the smaller lock could still be used to steer the vehicle.
